Order Fulfillment Expectation

Most items ship from our Guilford, CT (Zip code 06437) facility, usually within 1-3 business days. GPS Navigators, Digital Photo Frames & Digital Media Cards will ship from one of 3 regional facilities, usually within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Charge Explanation

Pexagon charges a single flat fee for each shipment based on product type, shipping option selected, plus additional fees for each item in that shipment determined by product type and quantity. The total shipping charge will be displayed in the subtotal bar at the bottom of the cart pages, before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:

(Highest applicable per-shipment cost) plus (additional fee per extra item) = Total Shipping Fee

How are items shipped?

We use USPS or UPS for most shipments. Note: Please allow an additional 3-4 weeks transit time for all APO addresses and at this time we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes. The shipping transit time estimates below do not include weekends or holidays and also do not include the day it ships. For example, if the order is placed on a Friday, the first business day counted is the following Monday. So UPS 2nd Day shipments for instance, would arrive on Tuesday. Here is a brief explanation of shipping options offered.
