RETURN POLICY FOR WEB CUSTOMERS

  • All products are eligible for refund from Pexagon Technology Inc. within 30 days of delivery, or up to 1 year for repair and replacement, from the date of purchase. Refunds will be made by check or credit to your credit card, depending upon your original payment method.

  • The UPC code must be intact on the original packaging for a refund. Products with illegible or missing UPC Codes will be returned to the customer, and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • All customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending product back to Pexagon Technology. Either fax (203-453-7302) or email ( support@pexagontech.com ) your invoice number and reason for return. Specify if you are requesting a refund (must be within 30 days from purchase only) or replacement.

  • An RMA Number will be issued based on the above request.

  • Ship the product back to Pexagon Technology via UPS Ground, making sure the RMA Number is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.

  • Pexagon Technology Inc. is not responsible if the returned product is damaged during shipment; however Pexagon will notify the customer of the condition of the item, and if required, will ship it back for customer claims against the carrier.

  • Pexagon will accept new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Pexagon Technology Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Pexagon will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Products that were not purchased from Pexagon directly must be returned to the place of purchase for refund.

  • Items that are returned opened, or after 30 days from delivery, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

  • Returned product must be packaged in, or accompanied by, the original packaging. Pexagon will not accept any product without original packaging. Such product will be returned to the customer and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
