If you choose to pursue data recovery services and elect to use the above mentioned data recovery service provider, Pexagon Technology, Inc. (Pexagon) will not void your Store-It Drive warranty. In order to retain the warranty of your Store-It product, you must ensure that the above mentioned data recovery service provider provides you with written verification, on the respective company letterhead, that said provider has performed data recovery or other services on the hard drive contained within the Store-It product. If a Store-It Drive product is returned to Pexagon after undergoing data recovery or similar services without written verification from the above mentioned service provider, the Store-It Drive warranty is null and void. The warranty may also be void if the product is returned to Pexagon and exhibits misuse or tampering, improper installation, or other alterations as detailed in the Pexagon warranty policy. In order to maintain your warranty, it is required that a Pexagon-approved data recovery service provide be used. In all instances where a non-approved data recovery service provider is used, the product warranty will be void.
