Question:
When attempting to print I receive a “Handle is Invalid” error. What should I do?
Answer:
The “Handle is Invalid” error message is most likely the result of the Pixifun software and your printer software not communicating properly. We first suggest that you save your project, close the Pixifun software and reopen your project. Now, attempt to print your project again.
If you receive the same error message, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the Pixifun software. To uninstall the software, simply click the Start button and choose Programs (All Programs in Windows XP). Locate the “Aniprint 2.0” listing and choose the “Uninstaller” from the menu. Follow the on-screen instructions as prompted to complete the uninstall.
To reinstall the software, simply insert the Pixifun software installation CD into your CD-Rom drive and follow the instructions provided in your products user’s manual.
If you continue to experience difficulties, you may need to reinstall your printer drivers and/or software. Please refer to the documentation provided with your printer for information on installing the necessary drivers and/or software.
In the event that you are unable to resolve your difficulties, you may contact us for assistance via email at help@pixifun.com. It would be most helpful if you could provide us with detailed information about your printer including the make, model and type. It would also be helpful if you could export and attach your system information to your email. (Detailed instructions on how to export your system information can be found below.) If you would like us to contact you via phone, please provide a phone number and the most appropriate time to contact you.

Question:
When attempting to print I receive a “Invalid Bitmap Size” error. What should I do?
Answer:
Although both .bmp and .jpg images work with Pixifun, only the .jpg images can be changed to 300 dpi. Some .bmp image sizes may be unsupported. Our suggestion is to convert the file to a .jpg image using a photo editing software.
