Innovative service delivers school branded, personalized USB flash drives at ultra-competitive price points

Guilford, CT January 22, 2008 – Focused on solving a frustration teachers have expressed for years, Pexagon expands its support of the education market with two versions of its FLASH-4-ALL school branded flash drive program. Both programs offer schools the ability to put school branded, personalized, lifetime warranted USB flash drives in the hands of students.

The first program is for schools to add a USB Flash drive to student fees. For example, a school may increase a student fee by $6.00 to $8.00 and include a 1GB, school branded USB flash drive. USB Flash drives can be “ready and waiting” for the students in their first week of class. The second program, designed for those schools who can’t or don’t want to increase student fees, offers a custom school branded website. In this case, Pexagon will create a custom web site to which schools will direct students, faculty and staff to purchase a school branded flash drive. The custom website will enable the student to choose a color and personalize the drive with a laser engraved name.

The FLASH-4-ALL sign up process is quick and simple. Among other things, a school will choose one of three Pexagon designs; The new Store-It Lanyard Flash Drive; The Store-It Swivel Flash Drive; or the Store-It Laser Flash drive. Prices vary with capacity and style, with a 1GB ranging from $6.00 to $8.00. All three products will offer choice of color, capacity (1GB, 2GB, 4GB) and come with a lifetime warranty. Pexagon will also provide the school an opportunity to reduce both printing costs and its carbon footprint by pre-loading specified information on the drive. For example, schools may choose to have a student handbook pre-loaded on each flash drive shipped.
